We have developed this amazing prevention focused dental plan for those individuals and families not covered by dental insurance or a dental benefit plan. With a goal to achieve and maintain good oral health with a prevention oriented scope.
You will receive each year:
Two dental cleanings ( Adult / Child or Periodontal maintenance )
Two comprehensive examinations
Cavity detecting (Bitewing ) xrays
One complete mouth Panoramic xray if needed
One fluoride treatment for children under 18
A 20% discount on all other dental treatment when paid in full at the time of service.
All for one low annual fee of $450. per person
